- Cable Management
Cables getting stuck inside aluminium profile
Cable management was improved to prevent wires from getting stuck within the aluminium profiles during operation. As observed in earlier testing the wires could interfere with the structure which may affect system movement and reliability. To address this a wire covering was implemented to guide and protect the cables. This ensures smoother movement and also reduces the risk of damage to the wiring during mechanical operation of the gimbal.
Cable cover to prevent entanglement
- Ethernet Port Fix
The Ethernet port was found to be loose during testing which made connection unstable and difficult to access. The issue was fixed by securing the port firmly in position. This improves connection stability and allows easier access when connecting the Ethernet cable during operation.
